I understand that life can get busy and things can come up at the last minute, however to ensure that clients don’t miss out I do require a minimum of 24hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. I will send appointment reminders through text message 48hours in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees however if I fail to reach you please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the no show fees. Failure to give more than 24hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of your total service amount being charged.
No show fees are applicable if you miss your appointment. Since the appointment is reserved personally for you, you will be required to pay the full service amount if you do not attend your booked appointment. If it is a pre-paid treatment from a series or package, the missed treatment will be forfeited.
I ask that you please arrive promptly for your appointments. Failure to arrive on time will result in your treatment time being shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients.
Treatments and Treatment series will not be refunded, please make sure you can commit to the treatment/s or treatment series before purchasing. If you have had a reaction to treatment/s then this is an exception and you will be entitled to a refund provided you can show proof of this.
All retail products are provided by an authentic Australian supplier. They are regularly changing on the shelves so the expiry date is well ahead. Products are prescribed that are most suitable to your skin type and needs. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do, is unsafe or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for an in-clinic credit, refund or exchange.
